WAGS Refund Policy

Refund requests should be sent to the WAGS Treasurer at the email address/mailing address listed on the Board of Director contact page. 

All efforts will be made to process refunds within 2 weeks of receipt of request. Please make sure to include a name and address to direct the refund to.  

Due to administrative and uniform cost, the refund schedule is as follows: 

  • 100% less a $25 administrative fee before Skills evaluations in January
  • 50% after Skills evaluations through Opening Day
  • 0% after Opening Day
  • Refunds for clinics and other events will only be issued due to rain out or if the event is cancelled by the league.
